Analysis of technical conditions of plate printer (I)
preface
this standard is a revision of technical conditions of plate printer compared with ZB j87 001-86
compared with ZB j87 001-86, the main technical contents of this standard are changed as follows:
-- the uniformity of illumination is increased from 85% to 86%
-- the repeated exposure time error is detected by two types of models:
a) the repeated exposure time error of the plate printer with the exposure time controlled by the timer is increased from ± 5% to ± 1%
b) exposure control the automatic compensation function of light quantity of the printing machine with automatic light quantity compensation system
this standard will replace ZB j870 from the date of implementation, and the cost will not appear too high 01-86
this standard is proposed and centralized by the National Printing Machinery Standardization Technical Committee
this standard was drafted by Jiangsu Taiyi group company and Qufu Normal University machinery factory
the main drafters of this standard: Chen Yulin, Gao Liping
this standard was first published on December 5th, 1986
technical conditions of plate printer
■ 1 scope
this standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marks, packaging, transportation and storage of plate printer
this standard is applicable to 4. Automatic spring tension and compression testing machine for printing copper zinc plate, gravure plate and PS plate. This standard is not applicable to continuous printer
■ 2 reference standard
the provisions contained in the following standards constitute provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard is published, the editions shown are valid.
